Lingerie Elle offers a range of delivery options to our customers in the Middle East region for the time being. We will soon be launching deliveries to more countries gradually (If you want to be notified when your country is launched, please click here and fill a simple form to get informed).
Our deliveries are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that you will be charged by the courier/logistics company for all custom clearance fees and duties (if applicable) when your shipment arrives to your destination.
United Arab Emirates (UAE) deliveries:
We are currently offering customers in UAE free delivery for orders equal to and above 250 AED. We also offer Cash on Delivery to our customers in UAE with no additional charge to your shipping costs.
Rates & Terms:
- Same Day Delivery:
- To Dubai – Cost: 30 AED: Applicable for orders made before 12:00 PM (UAE TIME).
- To all other Emirates – Cost: 40 AED: Applicable for orders made before 12:00 PM (UAE TIME).
- Standard Delivery – Cost: 20 AED: Applicable to all United Arab Emirates orders.
- Same day UAE delivery options may not be applicable on public holidays and Fridays. For deliveries during these times, orders should be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- Same Day & Standard delivery charges above are applicable on orders of up to 5KGs in weight (2 AED extra for every additional 1KG).
- Above charges do not apply to the UAE remote areas.
- 5% VAT to be applied on any of the above rates.
Rest of the Middle East deliveries excluding UAE:
Countries included in the Middle East for deliveries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt.
We are currently offering customers in the Middle East free delivery for orders equal to and above 150 USD.
Rates & Terms:
- 4-6 Days Delivery; Cost: 16.00 USD for the first 1KG.
- An additional 5.50 USD will be charged for every additional 1KG; Note that our average garment weight is approx. between 0.2 to 0.5 KGs.
- Deliveries may not be applicable on public holidays and Fridays. For deliveries during these times orders should be made at least 1 week in advance.
- VAT will be applied on any of the above rates as per receiving country.
- We will get delivery confirmation from you by making contact through text messages.
- We will follow up within 2 consecutive days via text messages in case the initial contact was unsuccessful.
- If you remained unreachable/unavailable, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund (as store credit) minus the delivery charges and applicable duties, taxes, and VAT. If your delivery charges were free at the time of your purchase, we will refund your purchase amount (as store credit) minus the costs incurred due to your nonavailability (delivery charges and applicable duties, taxes, and VAT).
- Cancelled / Rejected Orders (at Doorstep):
- In case you or the final recipient cancels the order before the delivery has been scheduled, we will not apply delivery charges for that specific order.
- If you cancelled the order after it has been scheduled for delivery and out for delivery, you will receive a full refund minus the delivery charges and any applicable duties, taxes, and VAT.
- If you reject the order at your doorstep, this transaction is considered as complete and a standard Delivery fee will still apply including any applicable duties, taxes, and VAT.
- Failed Pick-Up (Applicable for Exchanges & Returns): We reserve the right to charge for a reverse pick up request from a specific location, whereby the courier has arrived at pickup location but collection was unsuccessful due to your unavailability or package at the time of collection.
- Driver’s Waiting Time: Our courier has a maximum waiting time of 5 minutes during pickup or delivery. We reserve the right to charge the you if the collection failed due to exceeding the waiting time.
